Every once in a while each new chapter will be posted on our social media with more detailed info leading up to the event of available preorders. Each chapter are only available for one day and will be limited. After preorders are closed we do not restock as we prefer the exclusiveness of each design on every chapter.

Merchandise offered by Nunu & Saku are special ordered and sold merchandise for its rightful customers. Therefore only pre-orders will be processed for purchase and delivery.

All orders are shipped from the Netherlands. We ship internationally to the following countries outside of NL: EU countries, United States, Australia and New Zealand. Any additional custom/import/taxes charges may be assessed by the respective foreign country being ship to.

However, there is always a possibility that shipping internationally may take longer to be delivered. Please keep in mind that we do not have control once being shipped as the responsibility is in the hands of the carrier.

All orders are expected to be shipped within 2 to 4 weeks from the order date. Due to the exclusivity of each drop, production times are longer.

When placed an order you will receive a confirmation of your order. Once your order is packaged and a shipping label is printed, you will be sent an email update with the tracking information.

All of the merchandise offered on Nunu & Saku is special ordered merchandise and sold for a limited time. Unfortunately once the order is finalised we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We reserve the right to correct any errors or omissions, and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

Your email address, name and any other information you provide above, such as address you provide, are held in strict confidence. We only keep your information so that we can contact you if there are updated information on your order. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else. Also the purpose of collecting certain information is to add a special creative touch onto the package. That is what makes us different from other brands. Once you fill out our contact form, you are not a customer, you are a family.

NUNU & SAKU is not responsible for any lost, missing or damaged products. After it’s purchased, all responsibility is in the hands of the carrier which we do not have any control of.

We ship internationally. Orders are expected to arrive within 7 work days. However, it can take longer to be delivered. Please keep in mind that we do not have control once being shipped as the responsibility is in the hands of the carrier.

When ordering goods from NNSK for international deliveries you may be subject to import duties and/or taxes that apply to your country. We at NNSK are not responsible for any charges that are incurred from customs/duties whatsoever. Any additional charges for customs clearance are considered outside of our control and  cannot predict the value of what these charges may be. For further information on custom and excise policies in your country, please contact your local customs office.

NUNU & SAKU only uses PayPal at the moment for both national and international shipping. Check the website regularly for any updates on payment methods. We are trying our best to make sure that other payment methods are available.
